"Horrible customer service by pharmacist Michelle. I arrived at pharmacy after being in the ED half the night with my granddaughter. Obviously they just opened as it was 8am and the tech who was checking for my GD’S information informed me that she didn’t see the script but nicely said it may not have crossed over yet electronically and the pharmacist rudely states “yeah we just opened it’s not ready yet” in a rude tone being sarcastic like as if I was annoying her. Whether or not it is not available and you just opened doesn’t mean you don’t help the customer. I have been to other CVS that are amazing and would offer to call over to the place to get the information. I never write these reviews but I also work as a nurse and I would never want any one of my patients to ever encounter a pharmacist who behaved in this manner, hence the reason I am writing the review. Hopefully, the pharmacy can provide education on how to treat customers who may of just had a long night and help them out! Giving 2 stars because at least the pharmacy tech was nice or I would have given 1 or less if I could have."
"This is a lovely pharmacy in an old school building. It has a drive up window and private immunization cubbies. It does not have public restrooms."
