"This place seems to have gone downhill, Ever since covid started."
"Pharmacy has gotten so bad, I have to wait 4+ hours for a prescription to get filled. I have it sent over before they go on break at 130 pm. Then I have to wait hours for them to put it in the system as generic. Then I have to call, every single time, to have it switched. Make it sound like that's what they did, when the app contradicts this completely. Regardless, I them have to wait a minimum of another hour to get it filled so I can pick it up. By this time, I should already be going to bed as I work early, and wake up at 3am. I haven't been able to get a prescription filled in under 4 hours for months. Absurd."
"I have 1 huge complaint. Nine out of ten times they forget a medication. I'm having issues getting my ID Renewed so I have to have someone help me and every time something's missing and it takes away anything positive. Same pharmacist every time. She's extremely judgemental and has to be doing it purposely. It happens every week. Every week. I guess I'm done with that store."
