"Haven't had issues until now. We have been waiting for a week for my nephew's antibiotics, which resulted in a 4 day hospital stay for IV antibiotics to avoid kidney infection/sepsis. They kept telling us it was out of stock and they would get it by Monday/Wednesday/whatever. We were discharged from the hospital and they told us insurance wasn't approving it, even though we had been told by our doctor that it would be there. It wasn't. We were told by his doctor that we'd have to go back to the hospital if we didn't get the antibiotics. Today we called again and we were told they won't ever carry that medication and hung up on us. Thanks a lot - they could have told us that in the first place instead of stringing us along for a week and hanging up on us was uncalled for. We are attempting to get the medication elsewhere - if we can't we'll back back inpatient yet again."

"this transaction was my refrigerated medication but I also had a transaction at front of store when I bought postage stamps. Both team members were polite And both answered the question I asked each of them."

"Do NOT ship anything UPS. I dropped of a package on a Monday morning at CVS and UPS didn't pick it up until Wednesday!!! I called UPS and all they said was file a missing claim! Terrible customer service! I drove to CVS where I literally saw the package still sitting on the shelf!!! Its not a CVS issue but a UPS issue!!! Terrible!!"

"It was fine. Often a line though, but I think that is pretty much the same at all the CVS's."
