"I love the people here, they are super pet people but not overboard. We recenty had to bring one of our dogs who was quite old and having mini seizures and such - we wondered if she was approaching end of life. The doctor gave all the options but let us know it would be quite expensive to diagnose specifically what the issue was and at her age would likely not change how treatment would proceed. In other words, at her advanced age we could make her more comfortable but would not likely go through extensive treatment for her condition. So rather than try to get a big fee she was practical about the situation. In the end, with a lot of tears we sadly determined that not a lot could be done and decided that the most humane thing was to put her to sleep. The doctor and staff were immensely supportive and comforting through that process, and did everything to make it non-stressful for our pet and gave us all the time we wanted with her prior to doing anything. These folks are wonderful."
"I know vet care is not inexpensive however I find that this place charges you $117 just to answer a few questions and have a conversation about your pet's problem. They wanted to do a fecal smear and quoted us a price of $163 for the whole visit. The doctor neglected to put in the $120 fee for the fecal smear. She made a mistake I understand that but when you walk from one room to another and the price increases by $120 it can be alarming. I feel they should make their service for a fecal test less expensive because it is a test that most pet's need at one point or another. It is cheaper to just do a dewormer if your pet is having symptoms at that point. My cat had an accident while they were checking her out in the backroom. If she never had the accident they would have never gotten a stool sample and it makes me wonder if they would have asked for the test if she didn't have the accident."
"Staff was friendly, attentive, and thorough! My cat who is usually terrified at the vet clearly felt comfortable and much more at ease."
