"Completely understaffed. No pharmacist on, just a tech, who told me she only had one. I called the doc to have the second one transferred down to johnstons 24 hr, who told me that target was now working on it. Idk why i bother trying to use this place at all any more, its ALWAYS something."

"CVS' practiced customer service is mediocre at best. Latest example, my wife and I moved to a different town. Each of us independently transferred \"myCVS\" store for our Rx and had the same experience. We got passed around to call each store multiple times to perform a task with neither store just taking charge to complete the transfer from start to finish. Instructing me to call the other store is not customer service."

"Tremendously bad automated phone call system. I was hung up on 3-4 times after getting through all of the cumbersome automated choices, which was a feat in itself. Also hung up on by the pharmacy agent after being on hold twice. Was put on hold for the 20 minutes that it took me to drive there in person & was still on hold when I arrived. I understand the impact of COVID & appreciate the staff that have been working during this time. Management could fix the phone system & staff accordingly or make adjustments just like any other business on busy days. It is a matter of health when a customer needs a prescription. I give them no stars today."
