"CVS Windham, NH. I moved and continue to patronage this location for prescriptions, as I love the pharmacy team and their great service. I won't shop the store any longer while waiting for a rx and just going in to shop. I'll use drive- thru for RX for now. It will be more inconvenient, but I can't change the ever continuing bad experiences in the front part of the store so i rather not shop there for non RX purchases. I've been patient with lack of staff, untrained staff, early closing or late opening of store not matching posted store hours or on web due to lack of staff or no staff or open register and being told to use self service which is fine but one machine not working and issues with second one and being told by front, it's broke again. Being told can't help or ring you out, i already closed register and cashed out but store still I open for another 60 minutes and pharmacy just closed. Talk about losing sales if no open register or way to pay if self-service is not working properly. It keeps getting worse but my last two visits bad and then worse. Prices marked wrong, new manager in training working alone, with no Manager working to supervisor or train him, just another team member who is stuck going to him but Manager in Training not trained, doesn't know CVS and their systems. That part probably not his fault but his rudeness, and the way he speaks to other staff and customers , I can directly fault him for that. I know a store manager in retail or restaurants feels they have earned the right not to work night or weekends. That's fine, once your staff is trained and self-sufficient. Night and weekends are convenience hours and are busy. If you're leaving thise folks to run the store, make sure they're self-sufficient. Lastly, I was told to call Corporate office for CVS by the store to get new CVS card and upstate my mailing address. I know I can use my cell number at store but if I want to use mail order, CVS needs my current address. Not easy getting thru to the correct department at CVS Corporate to update my address for mail iorder but did this about 2 months ago and just realized my mailing address not updated on my prescriptions last night. I guess I can't use the mail order service as a CVS care pass member either at least for now."
"Very helpful staff! I asked a staff member about a deal where you had to buy 2 of the product and there was only 1 left on shelf: not only did he get one more for me but also brought extra out for the next customer (we all know they can make excuses but nope not here! )"
