She gives you all of the information that you need, gives you resources, writes everything down that you need with all of the information. Dr. Vanessa is also wonderful! They are the friendliest with the best and most knowledgeable staff. Alyssa was our nurse and she was fantastic! The other lady (I didn’t catch her name) was also fantastic with my dogs! Dr. Flinkstrom did a very good job and the whole process went very smoothly. I like that you are able to see the procedures happening in the room. Most veterinarian hospitals I have taken my dogs to conduct procedures behind doors, and that always set me uneasy, but at Lunenburg Veterinary Hospital they do the process in the room with you so you can calm your dogs down and see the whole process for your self!
