"I turned in my disposable camera to get film developed on July 6th. After a full 8 days I came in to make sure they didn’t lose them (they have before). I was told they hadn’t came in. I called on July 21st and still nothing. I called on July 22nd and I was told they finally found my pictures.. the women I called and spoke to were very polite and professional, I gave them the same respect. However it’s inexcusable to somehow lose/misplace or not file the pictures. There has to be a better system and I blame management for this not the employees. Do better. I will no longer be taking film here anymore."

"I have a membership with Walgreens for over seven years. I barely use the coupons. I went earlier today to buy cleaning products. I gave my coupon that wasn’t expired to the clerk. She claimed to scan it but it didn’t showed on the receipt. It’s the third time she has done it. The clerks don’t get to dictate what he can put into our accounts"

"Very troubled that the young man working the cash register who obviously had cold symptoms, was not masked and was blowing his nose into his limp tissue, without sanitizing his hands before he touched each of the items that I was purchasing. I’d think that a pharmacy that serves people who may have compromised immunity does not require an employee with obvious symptoms to wear a mask, or stay home."

"first time at this walgreens and totally impressed by how friendly and helpful all the workers were. they must have changed managers since all the bad reviews. i went to this location to pick up photos. the photos were found quick. i went the next day for more and they came out really nice. i used true digital or something. Joyce helped me on the photo computer because i was trying to get labels and online it said three days. i was amazed how she multitasks so many customers and was always as helpful as could be. She tried to help with the labels for over half an hour even going to the trouble of starting over on her computer. it didnt work because its a new service so they dont do them in store. but it wasn’t for lack of trying to help me!"

"Every single time I do a photo order with Walgreens it is SUCH A PRODUCTION to pick up. I ordered multiple items in March with different ETAs, one thing could not be located. Came back again in April, they still couldn’t locate it. Despite better judgement, used them again for an order of pictures two days ago. I was handed something much smaller than what I ordered and was told it was mine......because it was my order from March. Got into a back and forth with associate where I was trying to explain that she couldn’t know what I was looking for in my new order because she was looking for the wrong size item and she couldn’t understand that and got super defensive. So awkward! They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience and I was offered to speak to the manager but they’re obviously just under staffed and poorly trained. Giving me a few dollars off or me complaining to a manager doesn’t fix anything. Adequately train your employees, please! Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you love the ambiance of a pharmacy because you’ll have plenty of time to soak it in as there are always ridiculous lines."
