"Rude, horrible customer service, and unprofessional. I have even witnessed the pharmacists joking-around and slacking while there is a line waiting to be serviced and the telephone on a constant ring without anyone bothering to answer. My experience at this one CVS has lead me to not trust in the brand anymore. From bad service, too the employees treating the customers as if they were nothing but a bother, I will not continue to give them business."
"MGR at the pharmacy. Most humiliating encounter I've ever had. I've been a customer at this CVS for over 20+ years with no issues with any employees ever!! The general lack of professionalism alone was embarrassing! She is clearly not ready for such an important roll and key representative for CVS. She is not a person you want on the front line!! If you haven't already it won't be long until you receive more complaints and lose more customers and good employees. That poor staff was mortified. As they should be! Corporate nip this one in the bud fast."
"Extremely patient staff at the CVS pharmacy on Stafford Street. Was helped with kindness by multiple staff with my prescription mix up though my doctors office. Appreciate the staff showing up and doing this job especially on a holiday with a positive attitude so that everyone can have access to their prescriptions. Thank you!!"
"Since walgreens had closed on Stafford St. CVS has resumed their prescriptions, I sat on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes before someone answered my call and was told they had no answers to my questions. Why have meds on auto refill if they are going to wait 2 days prior to the meds running out and then expecting a Doctor to reply fast enough before the customer has no meds left. Very disappointing and extremely rude customer service."
