"Impossible to get an appointment that isn't booked way out in advance, and then the day before the appointment they cancel and you have to reschedule. This has happened to me every time at this location. Will not go back. Also interesting to note that one of the dentists at this location criticized the way my fillings looked and said they might need to be re-done, but when I said the fillings were done at a different Aspen Dental location, he dropped the topic entirely."

"Talk about a hack and slash dental office. They minds well shine shoes in the waiting room. Call it spit and shine , instead of aspen dental. When I set up my appointment it was for a cleaning. Dentist/ assistant poked at my teeth for about 3 minutes and then proceeded to send me to billing after a 30 minute weight. Telling me I needed 8 grand worth of dental work. That was out of pocket expenses. Keep in mind I have dental insurance and I go to a dentist on a regular basis in my home state. When I repeated myself “ I only want a cleaning “ they came back with a 1,400 dollar bill. Out of pocket expense. God only knows how much they where going to charge blue cross and blue shield dental. If I had to guess they get paid per job and not by the hour. My gums are killing me after the assistant poked at them like a woodpecker on a spring morning. Bottom line, if you want horrible service at a exuberant rate you should go to this location. I recommend calling the highway department and have them use a jackhammer. That way when your teeth fall out you got your money’s worth. Have a nice day aspen dental and thanks for the gum pain."

"I would give a ZERO if I could. After 6 attempts trying politely to get estimated cost after insurance...I gave up. The people who answered told me the office manager would return my calls AFTER she told me herself that she would email the info within two days from my first visit exam which was a month ago. I have NEVER experienced this total lack of customer service from any other health or dental care facility. I picked up my records to bring to another dentist. IT WON T BE A ASPEN DENTAL LOCATION!! They said nothing, no apology or explanation! Useless! They don't care!!"

"I'm 77 and was pleasantly pleased with the efficient re-lining of my new lower denture. I was in and out in less than an hour. It was expected re-lining would be needed a month or so after extractions and first getting the new ones. After the gums heal, the denture fit naturally gets worse. This is my fourth "denture rodeo" since 2001 and quite honestly it's a real pain to have the dentures sent out for re-line and wait for them to come back so the dentist can try to fit them. The folks at Aspen did a great job."

"A little frustrated with my experience. I am in my first trimester of pregnancy. I mentioned this while scheduling a check up (apparently it’s through a call center), then again at check in in the office, and also put it in the paperwork they had my fill out. After waiting 25 min past my appointment time, I was called in and brought to the x-ray area. I immediately said that I am pregnant, so I shouldn’t be doing x rays, right? The woman was very nice and asked me if I scheduled through the call-center to which I said yes, but I did mention I was pregnant, first trimester. She said “oh they don’t really know about that, you’d have to mention to the staff here. We can’t do that without an X-ray.” She apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule to which I said no, obviously, because I can’t be seen without X-ray supposedly. I didn’t even think to mention about having told the desk staff at check in and that it was on my paperwork because I was just kind of looking to leave at that point. Disappointing experience, but hopefully I will be able to find a different dentist soon as I had an appointment at a different dentist a year ago for a cavity that I never was able to get filled and was really hoping to plan to get that done. Would have appreciated them taking responsibility rather than blaming the call center (but I’m glad I knew better than to get the x done!) They should use this as a moment to teach their whole staff about the safety and concerns regarding that, as I’m not sure everyone who is pregnant knows. And clearly not all of their staff is aware. I’m not mad, just frustrated and not interested in returning."
