"Place is a joke on hold 25 minutes every time for a 13 second phone call this time just rolled over 34 minutes on hold still holding…… if anyone answers I’m switching lol"
"DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. They have been closed for 2 days with no warning and no one to tell us when they will reopen. Worst CVS ever."
"This pharmacy might as well not exist. I've had friends wait more than an hour in line to pick up an already filled prescription, or show up only to find out a prescription that was supposed to be ready hasn't been filled. While I've never heard a good thing about this pharmacy, it was one of the only local options that had Pfizer boosters available (and my preferred pharmacy, CVS on West Street in Keene only had Moderna), so I booked my appointment at CVS Target. I scheduled my Covid booster two weeks out and was called 3 hours before my appointment to be told they ran out of vaccine, via a voicemail message. I cannot find any other appointments in my area and need the booster for a medical reason and as a work requirement. Because I booked my appointment weeks ago, I waited patiently instead of trying walk-in clinics or looking for other available appointments during that time. In the voicemail I received from the pharmacist, I was told to call the pharmacy back but have tried and have been disconnected by the automated system NINE times. One time I thought I "got through" only to be on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. However, if I use the call system to check my prescriptions, it confirms my booster appointment for today and does not suggest that the appointment has been canceled or the prescription is unable to be filled. Per the system, I'm good to go. I finally was able to get through to the pharmacist about an hour before my appointment and she confirmed I should not go (during that call, the sound cut out once and I missed probably 10 seconds of what she was saying, even the phone system at this CVS is bad and doesn't work); I didn't get an email confirmation from CVS that my appointment had been canceled until 3am the next day, 12 hours after my appointment slot. The pharmacist told me she would call when she got more vaccine so I could reschedule, but the email told me I needed to reschedule online and the next appointments available were 2 weeks out. The CVS on West Street in Keene is awesome, and I find it amazing that these are technically the same company because West Street has it together and Target CVS on Ash Brook Road clearly does not. If I didn't need the Pfizer vaccine (which is only at the Ash Brook Road location, West Street only has Moderna), I would have scheduled there instead. Update: My booster was scheduled for just before Christmas. It's currently the weekend before Memorial Day and the Target CVS pharmacy never called me to reschedule my booster like they said they would when they got boosters back in stock. Fortunately I was able to find another pharmacy that had boosters available (thanks to a friend who is a pharmacist) and got my booster two days after this CVS hung me out to dry. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."
"We have gone there for years and we have always been very pleased, but recently, there has been only one pharmacist on duty, with no extra help. The pharmacist trys to wait on customers and answer phone calls. When I have been there lately, their phone rings constantly, which, of course, distracts the pharmacist. Distractions can cause a deadly mistake. I am surprised CVS allows this to happen."
"Never refills my medicine at the right time. Always waiting on my meds that I have a contract for. Moving cvs to target has deeply impacted the ability to get my medicine asap like I used to be. Only good thing is I can transfer scripts very easily to the 24/7 cvs because target closes very early."
