"I ordered the fried clam dinner , from this upscale restaurant I was very disappointed. The clams had no belly’s and they were so small. My wife told me to tell them but I was trying to avoid any drama . I just wanted a peaceful dinner with my wife. The restaurant should have not had them on the menu at $33.00 a plate I was very disappointed. As knowing the prior owner he would have never sold those. He was very strict with top seafood in his restaurants . I would rather go to the seaport for food than repeat the experience I had. Lost my appetite for legal seafood."

"Went in around 5:00 for a Chowder and beer. Sat at the bar and had a super nice bartender/server named Greg. Got a cup of chowder a Sam Adams and a Shrimp tempura sushi roll. Chowder came out piping hot and was awesome. Shrimp tempura roll was excellent as well. Staff was super friendly. I work close by so I will be back again."

Then I had the lobster Mac n cheese which is beyond compare, it's worth every penny and I've marked this place as a must go every time I'm on the east coast! Elizabeth was our server and she did a wonderful job, the whole place has a great vibe to it and the music fits the atmosphere. If you were still up in the air, let this be what convinces you!"

"Legal Sea Foods is, of course, the best in the Boston area; and this particular location was one of our best experiences we've had at any of their restaurants. The service was fantastic; servers were friendly and when out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We visited with our two granddaughters and they were delighted with the attention from the servers. The food was better than we've had in a long time; everything was prepared quickly, served promptly and timely and while still hot enough to enjoy. As always, the clam chowder exceeded my expectations."
