"I stumbled across Mercy Tavern on my way to the House of Seven Gables. It is a great place to get a quick bit. The service is quick and friendly. The place is packed with locals and tourists. The food and drinks are really good."

"10/10; Stopped in to celebrate with a large party and staff was incredibly quick at getting tables arranged to accommodate us- very much appreciated! The drinks were SO GOOD- absolutely recommended the Spooky Juice. (And oh my gosh, the pumpkin ravioli was worth every penny. Ditto for the lobster roll!!!) Our waitress Christine was an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much to the crew at Mercy for putting up with our antics- we'll be back in the future for anniversary celebrations!"

"We stopped by Mercy Tavern for a lovely lunch. The food was amazing! We were seated immediately. Ordered a Reuben and a Lobster Roll, both which were served with Garlic Fries, and both were delicious. We didn't have any complaints about the quality of food or how amazing it was. The service was slow though, and our drinks were not refilled. The server was pleasant, but slow and not very attentive. But that shouldn't bring down the fact that the food was very good - maybe next time I will just order two drinks at a time so I don't have to wait."
