"GIVE THEM A BREAK!!!! EVERYONE should know better than to judge a Chinese restaurant based on NYE, the one busiest day of the year for them. From my experience on Christmas Eve, I know they will do better for NYE this coming year. People complaining about a 2-4 hour wait should check out the other Chinese restaurants that had 5-8 hour waits!! People complaining about the service should put themselves in the staff's shoes. The kitchen staff were backed up, trying to keep up with everyone's requests AND the front staff were being hounded by the rudest people to the point of tears! Under that kind of stress, I would break. The previous owners had 10+ YEARS of experience with this, and I'm sure when they first started, it was just as hectic as these recent reviewers described on NYE! They did the best they could this year, and they will learn, and they will get better. Their food is still the best in the area. From my experiences on NORMAL days of the year, they have the best food, are the nicest people who really care about their customers, and are exceptional when it comes to service, unlike the previous owner who would argue with me when they got my order wrong (which was a lot). In these past few months, dining in there has always been a treat!"

"Horrible experience we walk in at 6:10 for our order that was supposed to be ready at 6:30 we didn’t leave until 9:15 after sitting there for 3 hours and watching more people arrive for pre order pick up and EVEN TO PLACE NEW ORDERS and the staff telling them it’s going to be 45 minutes! This was absolutely horrible after watching people give up and walking out empty handed with no food for there family on a holiday because they were depending on this incompetent business to provide them with what they paid for and let me just add that nothing was ever offered for the inconvenience."

"Placed an order for NYE on 12/30 and was told pick up for 12/31 at 6:30pm. We got there at 6:15 and AT 9:15 we were still waiting…. THREE HOURS WAITING. Half of my family went to bed hungry. Why give people a time? I understand things happen and it’s a busy night but this is downright disrespectful. If you can’t handle the orders don’t take them…. But no, not only were there people waiting for hours with us but they had the audacity to still be taking walk in orders. They could’ve cared less, no offer for a refund to anyone unless they wanted to also go home empty handed. When people got upset one employee said “well there’s a lot of orders”and giggled. The worst most disrespectful service I have ever experienced. NEVER AGAIN. The food may be good but bad service ruins everything."

"Have been going here for years. Absolutely love the food. The staff is amazing especially the older women she can tell you what you'll love to try next and she'll never be wrong with how good it is. If there is a problem they will fix it and will apologize. Always hot and flavourful."

"My wife said that I needed to try the food, I thought she just didn't want to eat at home. Boy O boy was I wrong! The chow mein was perfectly cooked, the rice had perfect texture and the crab Rangoon was excellent! With that said, I recommend anyone reading this to give them a try. And the owners are super friendly too!!!"
