"Typical dim sum house with menu food as well. Parking nearby in Chinatown and safe to park/walk around."

"Definitely like the idea of the cart rotation so long as you have someone in your party that knows exactly what to order; otherwise it can seem a bit pushy and intrusive when the carts come around to the table. The bao and soup dumplings aren't the best I've had, but they aren't the worst either - very middle of the road, but certainly beats a trip into Boston/Chinatown! There's ample seating, plenty of parking, and lots of tables, though seating fills up quickly on weekends from breakfast to dinner."

"1st time here lots of food as soon as you walk in and get table there's many employees with cartas and plates of variety and whatever you get they stamp card unfortunately I got more food then I needed I suggest stopping and just getting menu and order what you want directly instead of various plates unless your in a big group other than that every table gets tea and if there busy might not have time to refill your water but many seafood dishes and everything was great"

"The service was terrible!!! No dedicated waiter/waitress for our table, I asked for water refill and napkin several times, no one ever brought them to me. The food was also undercooked, chicken wing was still pink, which could lead a kid to Salmonella infection!!! The entire restaurant should be retrained on safe food handling."

"China Star is a great option for dim sum and Chinese food instead of driving into Boston. Food was excellent. Service was fast. Clean. We went on Tuesday, so no wait time. Plenty of parking."
