"i read reviews that this place served the best ramen in town, if this truly is the best this town has to offer, then I feel sorry for everyone here, the spicy pork katsu ramen I had was below average. The ramen noodles taste like they are store bought and/or were slightly overcooked. The broth was just OK, it didn’t wow me in the least. The katsu served on the side was also just OK, at least it was nicely crispy and the meat was not too dry. The ramen doesn’t come with many condiments on its own, you would have to custom add them which adds more cost to an already $18 ramen. It doesn’t come with a side of salad or anything either. I’m from the west coast where you could find pretty close to legit ramen places and I’ve lived in Japan, so perhaps I have set expectations for what is considered REAL ramen, this is nowhere near what you’d find in Japan. P.S. any ramen place that gives you the option to choose yakisoba or soba noodles for your ramen is a red flag in my mind, it’s just such a stupid thing, why would you even suggest it?!"

"A regular neighborhood place to go for ramen. It's not perfect but it hits the spot. Usually served a little cool so it's easy to eat but the balance is a little off and texture/taste on the charsiu pork is one-note. It's a lot of broth but it's not good enough to want to drink it. The Air conditioning is also set cold so to some it'll be cool and refreshing but to me, it was cold and jarring compared to outside. This place just reminds me of how much I miss Ken's Ramen."

"Love this place. Best Ramen in state, easily. I will be back repeatedly and I am a new loyal customer. My Spicy Pork bowl was the easily the best bowl I've ever had. My wife's Tuna bowl was excellent too. And there Japanese beer and sake menu is the most extensive Ive ever seen. This place is authentic and wonderful. Love Ebisu! See you soon."

"Taste ok. Good Service. But the entree portion is a little small. I ordered the surf and turf. 3 pieces small shrimps and 4 pieces of a little piece of steaks. that cost $22 is not worthy"
