"First time at this newly place awhile back ago. My daughter needed to get a spacer put in and some caps. Everyone was very professional, got the work done. My 5 year old daughter at the time, has an anxiety issues with dr offices and dentists, and she freaks out. I did explain that before the appointment. The nurses hooking things up to her to be sedated didn’t explain why or what was happening to her, so the minute they hooked anything up to her we had a meltdown, plus this was her very first time getting any work done. Trying to get anything on her to even start to sedate her was tough after that. I don’t know if they were over booked that day and was rushing. But maybe a little compassion with explaining what was what and that it doesn’t hurt, maybe she would of been alittle less traumatized. But that type of dental work is traumatizing for anyone. But other than that everything went well and again a clean, organized place."
