"Everyone there was very nice and professional. But. If I wanted to come back for a teeth cleaning, I still would have owed over $1000 out of pocket after insurance for some reason, as the insurance credit card to cover my deductible wasn’t something they accepted. I shouldn’t have to make a payment plan to pay off a medical need that insurance should cover, because they won’t take certain insurance payments. If anyone says that’s a problem with my insurance and not Aspen Dental, I don’t care, the whole medical system in America is garbage, and Aspen dental emailed me like, 5 times asking about my experience, so; here you go."

"I called to make an appointment, they told me 8:00 but said to come in at 7:45. On the phone I wanted to check ahead of time to make sure that they took Medicare and my insurance through the state. Not everyone can afford expensive insurance that they only take. On the phone they said someone would call me back saying wether or not they do take my insurance. Never got the call but when we came at that time I made sure to bring it up with the front desk. She was dismissive and once she saw that we had Medicare she only said they take insurance where we pay for it. Again not everyone has the luxury to pay hundreds for their appointments. Just make sure they don’t screw you here or at any aspen dental."
