"My gum procedure in May did not go as well as expected. My regular dentist and I did not see, any difference of the 2 areas that were grafted. I kinda just let it go. However, I paid more than my anticipated bill and now, 5 months later, I am having difficulty getting the additional money that I paid, almost $2000.00. They keep telling me it’s in accounting but won’t give me the number to speak to someone. I call relentlessly but get the same story. I also do not get requested calls back. Maybe small claims is next unless this is resolved. BTW, my insurance paid its part in August so this isn’t about waiting for an insurance payment."
