"they got me in same day, for 2 extractions. I'm HIGHLY anxious anything dental related from past trauma. (can't make an apt w.out tears, cry the whole way in car to office) they made me feel so comfortable. the amount of times they checked in w me through the whole thing to make sure I was okay was astronomical. great bedside manner. it made me so much more comfortable and at ease. will be back for regular work, not just random emergency work. Dr Fitzgerald and Jen were incredible w me today. highly, highly recommended."

"I had a dental "emergency", and did not have a dentist on the cape (I am only a part time resident). I explained what happened, and Crystal fit me in the next day to have the Dr take a look. When I arrived, the hygienist (Jason?) took x-rays, and then Dr. Shah came in to review. He was extremely thorough, and was concerned that there were additional issues that should be looked at by an oral surgeon. He didn't send me on my way to make an appointment with a referral - Dr. Shah took the time (while I am still in the exam room) to call the oral surgeon and get an appointment for me right then and there. I went straight to the oral surgeon for his review, and now will go back to Dr. Shah for a complete treatment plan. Great first experience!! UPDATE 9/12/23 - Well, it's been 2 months since my emergency visit, and I'm ready to start the 'reconstruction' project with my 4 front teeth. Dr. Shah - and his entire staff - did not disappoint. I had as good an experience today as I had on my first visit. I believe everyone in that office truly cares about the health and well-being of every patient. I feel very lucky to have found East Brewster Dental!!"

Dr. Fitzgerald was very professional and talked to me regarding a follow up with a Specialist regarding my 10 year old implant which is lose. Staff was very friendly and customer focused."
