"Very nice rooms. Recently renovated. The pool was nice. Parking in front of your room. I called to request an early check in and they told me they will text me when the room will be ready. I check in to the room at 2 pm instead of regular check in at 4 pm. Overall very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended."

"What a great mid Cape gem! The price alone could not be beat. The room was comfortable, clean, and newly renovated. Also very handy to have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room! The location was excellent—a 5 minute drive to Dennis beaches and a quick walk to Capt Frosty’s for great seafood. We left our beach chairs at home and the staff was kind enough to let us borrow theirs for the entire time we were there. We also got a text in the morning checking in to see if we needed extra towels or K-cups. Only downside was that the pool was closed while we were there. Otherwise could not recommend it more and cannot wait to bring our dog along the next time as they are pet friendly."

"I don't want to ruin this great place with a good review so I'll just say it's a gem worth every penny. Rude loud guests almost ruined my mother and my visit on the first night, with banging and slamming the room door for 3 hours at 10pm. Not the owner's fault at all, but they responded quickly to my complaint. Tourists are giving alot of grief to businesses by being disrespectful and arrogant to employees, owners, and other customers/guests. The staff is great and super friendly and its a clean/quiet place so please don't ruin this jewel!"

"This place has a kind of older motel charm with modern updated rooms, a very clean pool and outdoor seating area. Super friendly staff that had everything we needed, and clearly took great pride in the property. The bathroom shower was so so nice, comfy beds, and dog friendly which is awesome. Will definitely be back to stay if we go up to the area again!"
