"I discovered this place a few years ago and have been staying here ever since on my trips to Cape Cod. All of those times, the experience was absolutely amazing. It all starts with the welcoming reception and great service provided. Never had any challenges checking in. The rooms are neat and clean, which is a very important factor for me. Absolutely LOVE the location. Very close to all my favorite places. The owner of the motel is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. See you guys in July!"

"I can't say we had a good experience at this place. We picked up the key in the evening, but didn't get to our room until late at night (due to dinner plans). When we walked into the room there were many bugs and spiders on the walls. The tub was really dirty with pink mold, but since it was so late at night, we couldn't go anywhere else (with 2 small children). The next morning I called the owner and complained about the bugs and the tub. His response was that we're in the middle of the woods and that's what we can expect from the location. As to the tub, he brought his cleaning lady and shamed her in front of me telling her I said that she didn't clean it well (who does that?). The poor girl (who obviously didn't sanitize the tub in a long time) blamed it on someone dying their hair there and it didn't come out. Really....?!?! The owner did offer to give me my money back, but since it was peak season (July), I couldn't find another place to accommodate my family for a reasonable last-minute price. I asked if she can just bleach it while we're out of the room. And what do you know, the tub was magically white again!! The small refrigerator in the room was not working well and all the fruits and vegetables we bought for breakfast froze and were non edible, which was upsetting and waste of our money. The location was great, right in the middle of Cape Cod."

"Very quiet motel. Rooms have all of the basic necessities are were very clean upon arrival. Lovely biking trail just behind the rooms and beautiful scenery. I felt like I was at a cottage while staying here. Lovely customer service as well."

"This motel is a great find! It’s conveniently on Hwy 6 and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, but the beautiful trees and landscaping gives it a more secluded feel. I appreciated the updated hard surface flooring. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms aren’t super updated, but are clean and there is plenty of fresh water. Each room has a Keurig with plenty of coffee and tea, plus a mini fridge and microwave. The reasonable price with all of the convenience made this the perfect find for our vacation. We would stay here again."

"A beautiful motel in a beautiful spot, and reasonably priced. Of all the motels along Route 6, this is the only one that feels buried in the woods, with beautiful bushes and landscaping around the driveway. It was very tranquil. Our room was clean and comfortable. Kate went out of her way to accommodate us, and was happy to have a chat with us and give us dinner recommendations that were spot-on! Thank you - we look forward to coming back!"
