"the owner should think about whether this is what he is doing!!! attitude towards clients is at its lowest!!! irritability towards the client!! when trying to order pizza, the owner simply started accepting orders from other people on principle!!! Don't set foot here again!works without gloves or headgear!!!"
"The owner really lacks customer service skills and should give some real thought to hiring someone for front of the house. It really ruins the experience when greeted with so much attitude. Eye rolling, huffing and condescending statements are very common when you interact with him. I’ve been there multiple times over the years so this wasn’t a one off experience. Food choices are limited in the Wells area off season and the food is actually pretty descent there. So I’d recommend just ordering online if you really want to order from there. We drove down from Biddeford to get food from there. We probably won’t be coming back this point since this is an established pattern of our visits there."
"The building is really cute, the food was great. The customer service was ehh but I came in for food not chat so I didn't mind. I love a good simple extra cheese pizza."
