"We stayed at the Blue water for our anniversary. We were extremely disappointed. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs in tub and on floor. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the rug in the room was dirty. I would not return to this establishment since the Red Jacket owners were non-responsive to our concerns. The one and only perk is being right on the ocean."
"My husband and I came to Cape Cod for my work conference and to celebrate our 10th anniversary. I was excited however when we walked into our room my excitement instantly changed. The room was very dated. The shower looked dirty. The air conditioning unit did not function well. It was cooler outside than in our room. My husband called and spoke to someone and they told us they were booked and nothing they could do. We offered to leave early and get a refund and they declined. We spent most of our time out of the resort and after 2 nights (scheduled for 4) we left. The resort has a lot of potential and it’s right on the water w a great view but the crisp beautiful pictures are VERY deceiving."
"Best part of this resort is its accessibility to the beach. If you are lucky enough to get the ocean view room, then you wouldn’t even want to get down to the beach. Relax on sand,on a sunny afternoon and enjoy your favourite drink after a dip in the ocean. There are life guards watching over the ocean. There is an outdoor pool and a snacks bar next to it. Shake your legs to the music played in the evening. You may also soak in the jacuzzi and use an indoor pool. It’s a good place to stay for you and family."
"Don’t stay here unless you love kids. I’ve always wanted to go here with my husband because I was lured in with the “resort” in the name. Not only was it double the price of other local motels everything extra cost money. No free breakfast and it even cost $25 per day to park. Staff was nice and so was the room. ALL the pools were full all weekend. Mostly with children who’s parents were too busy day drinking to pay attention to them running around and screaming. They really should have an adult only area. My kids are grown and I was looking forward to a quiet weekend. No microwave in the room but there was a wine fridge LOL. Also, checkout wasn’t until 11 yet the housekeeper was knocking on our door at 8:45 while we were still sleeping. Then while cleaning the neighboring room she was banging so loudly. We ended up leaving an hour early."
"Made reservations w/travel company. Got confirmation, credit card billed. Went to check in were told our reservation was cancelled and they had no available rooms. A wedding party was staying there. My guess is they wanted to accommodate the wedding and not us. Called booking agent they said we were not cancelled. This resort has a $25 cancellation fee. We were not charged that meaning we did not cancel we asked who cancelled they did not know. They did put us in one of their sister resorts but only for one night, our stay was for three."
