Mondovi Dental - Harwich

"This was a 5 star facility under its founder. Gary Campagna, (my dentist for 40 years). It's excellence continued even after he sold to Mondovi. After his retirement he was replaced by Lisa Duckles, who carried on this great practice until she suddenly left to move West. Things fell apart without a replacement and I moved on. I have been trying to get my records for several months now. Although there is an answering machine that states we will call you right back- there has been no response. Also no response from the headquarters in Fall River. Advise you do not get involved with Mondovi Dental, period. There are plenty of great private practices that will treat you right. Gave it 1 star because I had to."

"Jan 3, 2024. E. Harwich Office. Before my 12:30 with Amy (terrific hygienist), I called Mondavi around 10:30 to check since I had not received the usual email where I confirm my appointment. No one returned my call and when I went there was small note on the door saying that the office was temporary closed! This is totally irresponsible since they have everyone's email to let them know or to leave a message on their phone to let patients know this important information and when are they going to update us on what is going on and when & if we can have another appointment for dental cleaning."

"Got a message that may cleaning appt. was cancelled.The message was [in short] due to staffing issues and that was the last I heard. I was a patient with Gary C for over 30years.When he was getting ready to retire he hired Dr. Duckles.She was great also.The staff was always upbeat and friendly.my last cleaning was the last day for Dr Duckles for she was moving back out west.Now I have to get my records from this Mondovi dental mill. Stay away!"

"I’ve seen a dentist twice out of six appointments. Both different dentists. They cancelled my appointment and scheduled me two months out. There is always an issue with this office so I’m going somewhere else."

"I’m a little confused by these reviews and see most are about the other location. The older male dentist at the Harwich location was condescending , correcting my dental terminology repeatedly and also archaic, suggesting I get crowns when all I came in for was one chipped tooth on vacation. The bill I received for my 5 minute consultation was the icing on the cake. (They told me they took my insurance). I went home to my own dentist who fixed my tooth easily with no mention of crowns."
