"I am so grateful for every single person at the Animal Hospital of Orleans. Last year, my pup developed serious GI disease we were in and out of the vet's office at least once a week. We had recently established care at AHO and I could not be more grateful to have such a wonderful vet practice close by. The team at AHO has gotten us through some of the harder days of my pup's disease and I always feel in such wonderful hands when we walk through the door. Kristin, Lillian, and Sam have been so wonderful at squeezing us in when something urgent comes up, which I know is not easy given how many patients the practice serves. In addition, my pup is very anxious and we are always showed to an empty room whenever possible, or we are able to wait in the car to minimize his stress. I can say that EVERY vet, vet tech, and staff member at AHO is wonderful, because we have seen them all, literally! Dr. Kirby-Madden has been especially wonderful in helping manage my pup's behavioral symptoms, and Dr. Stancil is typically the vet we see for anything urgent that comes up. They are both so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and have been so integral in setting my pup on a healthy course (and saving my sanity more than once or twice!). They are also great about interfacing with my pup's other specialists at the large animal hospital where he also receives care. Thank you to everyone at AHO, including the amazing vet techs Diane, Jeremiah, and Katie. I can't recommend this practice enough."
"They were able to help my puppy with an anal gland issue when we were on vacation. They didn't have a vet appointment but the tech helped Gizmo out. They helped another one of my shih tzus out when on vacation 5 years ago. Thank you for your excellent service."
"We love all the great people here. They take excellent care of our dog Kannon. Whether it be appointments or daycare, we are super grateful to have such a wonderful spot for our dog!"
"Wonderful Vet. Care so much about all of our animals. Always efficient and you never have to wait too long. All the staff are very cool, great place to take your furry kids."
"Okay, so my husband and I have now brought each of our three dogs here. One of them is a veteran AHoO Pro - she was my mom's Keeshond and has been seen here for many years. We have seen Dr. Bohon, and have just been very pleased with her professionalism and caring with us and with our dogs. As you can see, and as she said, we have three different breeds with different needs in different stages of life. We have Zoe, a 9 year old Kees, Tucker, a 6 year old Lab, and now we have Sam (Samwise), who in one shot was just 8 weeks old, and is now 6 months old (and a lot bigger!). Dr. Bohon and the AHoO team have been consistently welcoming and caring, treating our animals as any animal parent would want their animals to be treated. They are a "Fear-Free" vet, which means what it sounds like it means, and Zoe, Tuck, and Sam have no problems going and visiting. We have Embrace Pet Insurance, and have had no problems having records transferred for reimbursement. We've been seen for well-puppy visits for Sam, an ear infection for Tucker, and anxiety for both Tucker & Zoe as we introduced Sam into the mix, so a variety of things. We were scheduled promptly and seen on time. No complaints at all, would recommend without hesitation."
