While it was quite busy and her skills were in high demand, she was still able to provide me with the necessary attention. I suspect this required her to work overtime in accomplishing the necessary steps to accommodate my request. Thanks Karen."

"I had a wonderful experience at CVS today. Jen, who is one of the attendance who works there is absolutely awesome. She greets you with a smile and even will get to know you by name if you are open to that and greet her with a smile, and remember hers. She has always been helpful and represent CVS in a very positive light. Her Customer Service is excellent. Is a good representative for CVS and they should be proud to have her at this location."

"If I can give less than 1 star for the Pharmacy I would gladly do it. They never ever have my medication on time. They always tell me to come back in 2-3 hours and when I come it's absolutely never ready and it doesn't matter what the medication is. It takes 3 different people to find a simple Rx or a profile and they are absolutely rude to the point where I am repeating the same information over and over. The drive thru is useless, unless you want to wait for 40 min even though you are the only car there.The CVS itself is stocked with everything and the other staff is always polite."

"This is a sweet little CVS and for its size it really has a lot! Unfortunately the pharmacy is always understaffed and the drive through window has a long line daily. This would be ok if the pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful, but usually they are not. One staff member in particular, Brenda, is rude and unfriendly consistently, it’s a shame."

"Pharmacist Peter Lyons should be removed from his position immediately. I have let the manager Kathryn know of his horrible behavior several times. Ive called, emailed corporate and I have taken a video of him acting unprofessionally and he is still there. He hangs up on you if you ask a question about a script. He is rude in person and on the phone. He is unprofessional, dangerous and hates his job/people."
