"At my initial visit after Chris took over Dr. Ho's practice, I hadn't gotten an opportunity to receive a dental exam following my cleaning. Before this, I hadn't received a dental exam with Dr. Ho in over a year, so needless to say I was feeling frustrated and wrote an initial review here reflecting that. Shortly after, Chris did an excellent job explaining the circumstances and gave me an opportunity to come back to schedule my dental exam with him during a time he was in the office, and at a time that worked with my schedule too. I had a great experience and really appreciated the level of detail he went into for explaining everything he was doing, provided opportunities to answer my questions, and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. I also really appreciated the fact that he reached out to me personally to repair the unlucky circumstances that I had experienced. This week I went back for my next cleaning and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were very professional, friendly, and I really felt that they cared about me as a client and my experience. Liz was very thorough and gentle with the cleaning. Chris provided top notch service by talking me through everything he was looking at and gave me some great suggestions to maintain my dental health. Liz even personally helped me to make my next appointment while their scheduler was out that day! "I have been coming this office for over 5 years, first when it was Tina's practice and now as it's transformed to Getchell Dental, under Dr. Chris Getchell. All the amazing staff that worked with Tina is still there. I never had any dental work done with Tina, but Chris has been a pleasure to work with. He has always been very personable, professional and kind all the times I've met him. He replaced 3 of my old silver fillings with white fillings and did a fantastic job.
