"Ridiculous Nothing but drama at times. I show up at 7:01 two workers out side smoking at the door and stop me to say they arnt open? .....It was 7??"
"the pharmacists here LOVE withholding medications if they decide the customer doesn't deserve them. Never try to refill an important pain or hormone prescription here. (coincidentally, I recognize many of the names of positive reviewers here from the nametags there)"
"WOW!! We visit our daughter a couple of times a year, driving from Chicago. Two of our latest visits required medical attention, requiring pharmacy assistance. While waiting my turn I observed a very busy, focused, staff. When my turn came up, they zeroed in on my issues and went above and beyond what I expected. Under sung heroes just doing their job. Thank you!!!"
"Terrible Service for Prescriptions. Dr. called in prescription twice once on 12-29 & 12-30 & by 12-31 was not filled. Had to have transferred to CVS & was filled on 31st within 3 hours. Plus no one answers phones."
"Ignore 5 star ratings - they’re before staff changes. I only gave 1 bc 0 isn’t possible. New staff is rude, insulting, cruel, full of f-you attitude. I have been using this pharmacy for decades, until today. They had a staff of courteous, empathetic and helpful people. They’ve hired the opposite, and the fish rots from the head down. The “f-u” attitude is pervasive. My husband went to pick up my Rx this am, after I received a text that it was ready. At the drive through he was told that “they had just opened and he’d have to wait 15 minutes”. Fine. He sat in his car. The associate told him that there was a car behind him, so he had to move. “You just said you can’t get my Rx, which is ready, because you just opened. How are you going to help him?” “Move, or we’ll call the police.” A simple “we shouldn’t have texted you yet” would’ve cleared things up, but they went from 0 to go to hell in 30 seconds. They have apparently decided that my particular prescriptions are either unwarranted (call my docs at MGH and discuss that!) or that my needing pain medication automatically means I’m a junkie. 18 years. Same dose. Junkie? No. I suffer from other painful conditions and need Rxs for a damaged thyroid& gallbladder and Lyme arthritis, among others. The Walgreens staff seem to think they can judge me based on my medications - in a pharmacy. My Rxs at Walgreens total $1000s per month. Not any more. They had no right to treat me or my husband the way that they did. I would just LOVE to put each of them in my shoes for a day. For now, changing pharmacies is the best I can do. Just don’t go there. Not worth their drama. Try North Scituate Pharmacy. Kind, professional, no attitude."
