"I went into the Swampscott Whole Foods to return a salad that had a bug in it. You would think that would be the main issue here but more disturbing was the response I got at the customer service desk. The woman at the CS desk processed my return and then proceeded to berate me for putting my credit card into the pos terminal too early bc “the process is not to refund your credit card. Now I’m going to get in trouble for not following process”. There was no apology for the bug in the salad as part of this. Whole Foods do better"

"Just went to WF to return 4 products to Amazon. The man scanning the products was having a hard time scanning things. It took him several tries to scan each item. Stated I would receive an email confirmation in 3 minutes. Left the store. An hour later received 3 email confirmation but not one for the last item. Amazon says it should take up to 24 hours so I called the store since I was just there. The person who picked up the phone told me the same but I figured it could be just human error and since he was having problems scanning things in someone could verify for me. They couldn't be bothered. She told me that's all on Amazon. Hmmmm... doesn't Amazon own wf? So disappointed at the lack of customer service."
