"Left on hold several times. This I feel was intentionally done. Then when trying to figure out what was wrong with perception I was told to call doctor office. Very rude they make judgments on people from the perception they are filling or not filling in this case"

"I have never met a more rude or incompetent pharmacy staff. I was told by the person at the counter that if I was lucky my out of stock (yet very necessary) prescription would be back in by the following day - but that was only if I was really lucky, and I shouldn't bother coming down unless I call first. The cvs app said that I could ask them to call the prescription into a different CVS pharmacy so that I could still get it today, and I was told that they weren't going to do that, and I needed to call my doctor if that's what I was looking for. Avoid this CVS like the plague. It's nothing but a sad bunch of lazy amateurs."
