"We had an amazing stay! The inn was extremely clean, quiet, and private. Great service and amenities. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was furnished beautifly and spotless. Just a one minute drive from the beach"

"Our stay in the Luxury Suite at the Beacon Waterfront Inn was short but wonderful. It was easy to find the property and on-site parking area. We arrived late in the night and were given the door's access code and directions to reach our room well ahead of time. The room was beautifully furnished and just as clean, if not cleaner, than any hotel I've stayed in. The white noise machine was an awesome plus! We even found a little basket of snacks and chocolates set out for us in our room. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom. There was a cute little balcony overlooking the water to enjoy our complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the breakfast spread included many cereals, juices, coffee, fresh muffins, bagels, cookies, granola bars and more. I wish we were able to stay longer! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone passing through Massachusetts, and especially couples looking for a quiet, charming spot to get away for a weekend (or longer!)"

"After checking in, I thought this place was one of the most well thought out, beautiful location, and very comfortable stay we've been in for a while. They thought of all of the amenities. Very sterile and cozy. Stayed in the Atlantic w/ jacuzzi and fireplace. The place was big and so relaxing. Will definitely visit again! Very hospitable host, although I never met them, only over the phone. We didn't need anything extra as a request. They thought of it all for us proactively before we arrived."

"The house is definitely spotless, with a nice feel to it. The room that we had rented had a bathroom across the hall and a sitting area at the top of the stairs. Although the bathroom was intended for just that specific room. It's not private at all. The other guests can walk right through. I feel like it could have been started that the hall was accessible to all. It's definitely thumbs up if you don't mind the invasion of privacy and just want somewhere to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast. This would be an ideal rental for a family gathering during the beautiful summer days."

"Amazing home! This is normally a bed and breakfast but was able to rent the whole house for our group for the weekend. We rented the entire home for a boys trip. The host was amazing, John was available for all my questions and was truly accommodating. We were able to rent the house for an early check in as well. Bedrooms are all spacious, two bedrooms I'd say are actually suites and have couches. The other 4 bedrooms are definitely spacious and are comfortable for two adults and their bags. Kitchen/Dining room is spacious and large to accommodate 12-15 people easily. Wood burning firepit in the backyard overlooking the water. Grill available on the deck. Lots of restaurants and breweries also nearby. Fantastic central location with a great at home feel. Only wish I had was there should be a common area with TV to socialize and lounge more. Would definitely come back here with family."
