"Came to Prime as a tie breaker and will never take my son anywhere else! My son is 3, his front tooth is changing color, I rushed him to a dentist who made it sound emergent, saying its going to need a route canal and possibly to be pulled out. We rushed him to a pediatric specialist who really brushed us off and left us feeling unsure of what the issue might be. Today we came to Prime and they were great, the staff was super kind, direct and spoke to my son on his level, they didn't do anything he wasn't comfortable with and made sure to take the time to explain the situation to my husband and myself so we were comfortable with what the situation not only was but with what to look out for moving forward. We also misunderstood and thought we were all set and they called us right before we made it to the car to let us know we could come right back in. It was awesome service they even made sure to secure his next visit. It was definitely the vibe you want for your kids especially the ones who need a bit extra TLC ( for anxiety)"

"I am disgusted with the treatment I received from the male dentist yesterday! I’m a type 1 diabetic and my endocrinologist from joslin in Boston told me they did not want me having all my back teeth removed and then leaving me for 2 months without being able to chew food until I could get my partials so I asked him if I could try to save 2 molars on one side to be able to eat food due to my diabetes. His response was NO YOU POOR that’s what you get when you have masshealth! I told him I could pay to see a specialist to try and save those 2 molars and he said no he didn’t have time for me and repeated YOU POOR that’s what you get having masshealth! So if you want to try and keep your teeth don’t go here if you have masshealth for insurance. The female dentist have all been great to me there just to clarify but I was mortified when he said that to me"

"As a teacher and being halfway through my pregnancy, I knew how important it was to get my teeth checked out. Switching from Tufts to MassHealth, I explored a few options and decided to call Prime Dental. If you have thoughts of coming here (after reading the reviews), I definitely would recommend Dr. Kim. She ensures you are comfortable, and she is professional. Although she was very busy, she was able to squeeze me in and went out of her way to ensure I was on the right path for healthy gums. I also found Ray to be very helpful with being understanding with my schedule. If you explain your situation, I am sure they will be able to accommodate. -Alexyss"

"I really don't know how this place still open. I bring my kids they force me to do a cleaning and x-rays, to start the orthodontic part. The kids got inside no one let me get inside, no one talked to me, they sealants on my daughter and didn't ask me to. After that they said they will call me for a orthodontic appointment what my daughter was in urgent need, after more them a week I called and they said I have to pay to. I called MassHealth and they told I should not pay, because kids was covered for everything"

"DO NOT GO TO PRIME DENTAL IN WAREHAM!!!! My experience was horrible!!! I have 6 awful in counters with them Reason 1 Not once but twice I showed up for an appointment and they said I didn’t have one. I showed my appointment card and they just told me oh well mind you I travel 45 minutes one way to get there Apparently my time and gas doesn’t matter to them Reason 2 Ray tried to charge me $4500 for a bridge I knew nothing about and then told me I could pay in monthly payments I told him I am not responsible for something I knew nothing about Reason 3 They fit me for partials knowing that I needed further dental work so now my partials don’t fit , again taking no responsibility for there mistakes My insurance company will only pay every 7 years so now I’m stuck with partials that don’t fit Reason 4 I handed Ray my insurance card and he gave it back to me and said he didn’t need it When I got home I got a phone call to come back because they needed my insurance card 45 more minutes each way Not even a sorryl Reason 5 I called the office to let them know that I was coming in the following day to get my dental records when I got there they were closed 45 more minutes each way Reason 6 When I finally got my dental records Ray changed me $25 or he would not release them to me (which I’m not sure is even legal) at this point I needed to go out to my vehicle to ask my friend to help me she came into the office and witness the rude , disrespectful , unprofessional behavior of Ray behind the desk I left the office and I am telling my experience so this doesn’t happen to another person who needs help with there teeth My bad for believing in what is supposed to be a place of experienced people who really care I’m telling you do not go there You will be sorry Rita Wills I would give them a negative million stars"
