"I feel that everyone at this Cvs is pleasant ,friendly. I was more aware of this during and after the covid lock down. That's what got my attention. They seem to really try and I appreciate it."

"I called 10 minutes before closing and no one answered the telephone in the Pharmacy. I was calling to let them know that I might be there one minute late but it was important because I was picking up medication for an elderly family member that had recently broken her wrist 5:50 on a Saturday they must’ve had more important things to do then answer what could have have been an emergency phone call regarding medication. The worst customer service in the industry!!!"

"I picked up my insulin pen last week and yesterday I tried to use it but the plunger is jammed I tried to get a replacement today but they told me they couldn’t replace it I need to contact the manufacturer fortunately it’s not my last one or it could be a life threatening problem! I messaged Cvs corporate but after 6 hours no response"
