"I have had nothing but an absolute tremendous experience with Chris and his office. I was never able to get braces as a kid for financial reasons. I started inquiring about it when I was about 20. The first dentist that I had been going to for over 5 years told me that my gums were in such weak shape that if I were to get braces right then all my teeth would fall out. That scared me so much that I put it on the back burner for another 7 years. I ended up getting a broken front tooth that was constantly in need of repair. After avoiding the dentist for so long, I finally called around and stumbled upon The Smile Center after just moving to Plymouth, It was the best decision I ever made! Their technology is up to date, I was blown away when they took the x-rays. Chris assured me that if I got braces, my teeth would not fall out. They presented me with several different payment options on top of an already great price. My appointments were always quick and painless, not just physically but mentally too, haha! They are a pleasure to be around. The office is quiet and relaxing. I will say their parking lot is a little tight but that is such a minor thing and they always schedule their patients at times that don't conflict with each other so you don't really even have to worry about that. Chris and the smile center has changed my life. I finally have the smile I have wanted my whole entire life. I am so grateful and I would definitely recommend this place. He knows his stuff!"

"The Smile Center in Plymouth, Massachusetts is an excellent place to go for any dental needs. The receptionist Mindy is very sweet and always very professional as well as being prompt. When setting up your appointments she is always on point and stays in touch. Dr. Chris is absolutely amazing, he is very informative to the point that in the end you actually have no question to ask him because he has already answered them all. The Smile Center is outstanding, I absolutely recommend them to one and all whom are looking for a great, gentle sweet and welcoming dentist. I will never go anywhere else now. "Would not recommend seeing this Dentist. His demeanor was off putting to say the least. He had the “I’m the Dr. so I’m the expert mentality.” Congrats to you sir, but maybe tone it down 7 notches and be more personable. He also sent me on my merry way and barley looked at my tooth that was bothering me, suggesting perhaps a cleaning would fix my issue. I went to another dentist that same day and sure enough, I needed a root canal. He also had the audacity to question “how important eating really was” when i expressed my concern of discomfort while doing so, to the point where i was avoiding it. I should mention that I am 7 months pregnant, so uh yeah I would say eating is pretty important ?? I also had a note from my OBGYN clearing me for dental x-rays, not that he asked or cared. He quite frankly just gave the impression he wanted me out of the office as soon as humanly possible. He also insulted me on the way out and made an inappropriate comment about all the dental work I have had done over the years. Chair side manner needs some serious work. His office was also very outdated and gave off “haunted pilgrim vibes”. Steer clear! Much better dentists out there that will give proper care and not be offensive while doing so."
