North Beach Motel

"If you r a senior this is not the place to stay. I rented it with a friend. The pull out loveseat is unsuitable to sleep on. The people in next room looked like they lived there and decided to have a fight for 2 hours. Thin walls and could hear everything. Ear plugs r in room for noise? Sorry I shouldn't have to plug my ears to sleep."

"Purchased one night for me and my friend during the end of the summer. It was $300 a night. Absolutely Ridiculous! One tiny room with next to nothing to offer. I Understand that it’s prime time, but for the amount you get, it should not be even close to that much! it’s Close to the beach. Just a walk across the street but it’s not a beachfront view. With the way the ledges are by the ocean are designed… you can’t see anything at all until you start walking. We planned on staying another night, but that close to $1000 for 2 nights is ridiculous!. Even during the colder times, it’s still an outrageous price. Should not be paying over $150 a night. Overall, had a good time with my friend! The Pictures were mostly deceiving. Found much better hotels with a perfect ocean view and right on the beach for $180 less during prime time. For anyone reading this review, please research other hotels. Better to know the truth than to start purchasing whatever pictures look better. Understandable if it’s fall or near winter and you’re looking for a little getaway But during warm weather which most people like to go to New Hampshire for… You can find way cheaper with a lot more to offer!"

"Loved the location. Right across from North Beach. Parking was included. Tyler (the owner) was very accommodating and quickly responsive to any needs. I didn’t like that the top deadbolt didn’t lock from the inside (for extra security) Some reviews have stated it’s loud there at night. The owner actually have free earplugs, just in case. But with the AC on we did not find it noisy at all. We would definitely stay again and a little longer next time."
