"We use a pellet stove to heat our home, & unfortunately every store that typically has the 40lb bags of wood pellets in stock sold out very early in the season this year. Although we are using it less & less, we still definitely needed pellets to keep warm during the cool nights! After calling a bunch of Home Depot’s & Lowes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Maine, FINALLY I tried Tractor Supply Co. in Ipswich and they HAD THEM IN STOCK!! I raced to the store, and arrived 2mins before they closed. Normally, most stores would already have their doors locked, or you would be met with an attitude as you walked in the door. NOT THE CASE HERE!! The staff were INCREDIBLY NICE! The person I spoke to on the phone initially was super nice & helpful, and when I arrived I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They made small talk, signed me up for their In store rewards program, rang me up, put the 10 bags of pellets into a cart for me & then packed each bag into the back of my car! Even though this location is a little more than 30mins away from my house, they have a forever customer!!! *I didn’t get to explore the store because of the time, but with just a quick scan they carry btwn 25-40 different styles & brands of work boots, both men & women, they have a great selection of clothing & some cute graphic T-shirts.*"
