"February 2024 update: There we many things wrong with my experience tonight but the first and worst was the dirty water glass I was given with lipstick on it. Yes, the host that brought me the glass was told, no she did not inform the waitress. I did inform the waitress and she did not inform the manager. I had to ask the waitress to inform the manager. Yes, we were still charged for our meal. Receiving a glass with lipstick on it is gross but the nonchalant attitude of the staff was disgusting. Earlier review: 5 stars We have been to Otto’s in Exeter a few times now and have been very pleased. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and calm. The service has always been friendly and attentive. The pizza and cheese sticks have been nothing but delicious! The meatballs are were not to our liking. They were crumbly, dry and had the texture of being previously chewed. The cocktails were good too! We will definitely return time and time again!"

"We stopped at OTTO and had the absolute best server, Nicki. She was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The pizzas we ordered were incredible! I cannot wait to go back! Prices were reasonable, the restaurant was packed on a Sunday evening.. I can see why! Easy parking across the street, be sure to add to your must try list in Exeter!"

"The environment was really nice. Made me think of an old school pizza place. They had some really good local breweries on tap. The food was so good!! I’m not a big ricotta fan, however the 4 cheese was really good. We also got the cup and char roni special which was amazing! We will definitely be back for some more good brews and za."

"Finally got to try the pizza here. There’s a new top dog in town. Although the pizza/$ ratio is way lower, the quality is ridiculous. Crust is nice and crispy and ingredients are great. Service was good. The mega croutons on the salad had crispy Parmesan toasted on them. I inhaled red pepper flakes on my first bite and my eyes watered for a good three minutes but after I survived that I very much enjoyed my pizza. Plan on eating here again soon"
