"Dr Vasudeva Gave me a filling on a front tooth that she never smoothed. A week later floss caught on the filling and came right out. I asked her if she could fix it since it came out due to the extra filling it was caught on and she said I would have to pay out of pocket. No offer to smooth, look at it nothing, just immediately that I would have to pay cash. She also left my daughter's tooth unpolished (front tooth) I had precious work on the same tooth and had no issues never had a filling come out and her only response was it was something I did wrong. Despite the fact she knew she never smoothed it."
