"I really enjoy Papa Gino's as a whole. There food is very very good and the prices are great. Over the years I've been to dozens of locations. While there are ups and downs across the different sites, but today is a new low point. The woman who at around 03:10 pm on Monsay September 18th, 2023 was at the register, greeted me with nothing more than a sharp "NAME". Again, I understand food service is painful, thankless job, I can not put into words the rudeness that this portrayed. It came across that by simply walking up to the counter, I was BOTHERING her. Interrupting her time... on her phone. I felt so uncomfortable after that, if I had not already paid, I would have simply turned around and walked out. For the record, I LOVE Papa Gino's. But this one incident... I won't go back to the site at 100 Granite St, Quincy. MA, 02169."

"First, the STAFF is the BEST! Second, the food is always ready when promised. Third, the order is always correct and fourth the food always tastes great. See the key word….ALWAYS. Consistency matters. Did I mention how awesome the employees are? No, I’m not an employee or their friend or family. I’m a very satisfied customer."

"The cook in the back making our buffalo wings was very rude. Originally placed the order at 5 pm, I showed up at 5:30 they said another 10-15 so I came back TWENTY minutes later and still they said more time please. When I asked the cook how much longer was expected he said “I already said it once i’m not saying it again” which is rude and the time you said wasn’t right anyway so like what?"
