When you have a twelve year old daughter who needs to get a crown and everything goes better than smoothly, there is no other way to describe it! My daughter needed to get a crown. We were so fortunate that Cohasset Dental was willing to take her in as a new patient. They were very accommodating, thoughtful and communicative during the scheduling process and leading up to the procedure—by phone and text. She was very anxious about this long, out-of-the-ordinary dental procedure (and so was I) but once we walked in the office, I knew we were in good hands. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgable—they answered our questions about post op and made us feel comfortable. I was in their waiting area for almost two hours, and they are clearly committed to creating a patient-centric environment, because that is what they did from beginning to end throughout the process for everyone who came and went. Dr. Chenette and his assistant worked together like clockwork to prep my daughter for her crown. They were an efficient expert team. They made the crown on the spot using really amazing reverse 3D printing technology. They were both so friendly, and welcoming, and while I was not the patient, her report was that it was totally painless and great! The night of the procedure, Dr. Chenette followed up with me by text to check in on the patient. I appreciated and was so impressed his genuine concern for the patient and thoroughness. Her crown is perfect. She has had no pain or discomfort and is happy to have her chompers back! We had a 100% top notch experience at Cohasset Dental—and would recommend it to anyone—in fact, I am a convert and will become a new patient myself soon!"
