Domino's Pizza

"You know I was nervous with all the bad reviews but I needed lunch in a pinch. This place isn't bad, if all the bad reviews are due to the slow service maybe it's because the nice young lady who manages there was stuck working by herself taking the calls, making the pizzas, and doing the deliveries. Considering this girl was doing all this by herself she still managed to get me my pizza within 30 minutes of ordering. To the young lady who manages the shop: thank you so much for going above and beyond, You brought me a pizza in the middle of a snowstorm all while working by yourself. I find it unfortunate you had to work by yourself and struggle through the day alone but you deserve all the praise and a big bump up in pay for doing what you do. Thank you so very much ✌️"

"I ordered a pizza at 11 pm, by 2:30 am and 6 calls later pizza was finally arriving. But no. Driver saw it was a hotel and decided to drive away even though I was standing downstairs waiting for him. Claimed he delivered the pizza. Went to bed hungry. Asked for a refund by emailing and calling Domino's multiple times but never got one. In my book, this is officially the worst establishment on the planet. Will never buy a pizza from Domino's again."

"this is literally the worst dominos to ever exist. if you order delivery the delivery will come 2.5 hours later and most likely will be crushed to the point where it’s uneatable. if you ask the delivery person why it’s like this they will say to you “do you want it or not” knowing that you paid for the order, delivery and left a tip. and then if you call this issue in they will tell you they’re sending you another order but they actually won’t. if you go into the store the “manager?” will say they gave you credit on your account but it’s not actually going to be there. if you order for carry out then goodluck man, you’ll be waiting a long time and even after that somehow the delivery person is going to manage to take your food on accident so you have to wait even longer! :) terrible service. they have 4 people working but still can’t manage to make a regular cheese pizza in a reasonable time frame… like that’s your whole job? save yourself the trouble and just go to local pizza shops or a different dominos"

"The website said the pizza would come in 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, after no response to my calls, I gave up and got some other food. Two hours later, when I was getting ready for bed, a delivery guy comes with a cold pizza and when I complained about that he said I had to go online for a refund. Website offers two options: I can open an online account and get points for a free pizza or a coupon for 20% off without an account. No refunds. Will not be ordering from Domino's again. They used to be OK, but now they are just scammers. Would give zero stars if I could."
