"Dr Patel is WONDERFUL. I came looking for a second opinion from severe tooth pain I was having for over 6 months that my previous dentist couldn’t manage. Dr Patel managed to get me pain free within 3 appointments!!! I couldn’t be happier. The team is LOVELY. And they are incredibly transparent with pricing. Always get me in for appointments incredibly fast. I couldn’t love this place more. I have my entire family going to this location now."

"Aspen Dental is a cross between a dentist and predatory payday loan company.. It turns out Aspen has been a part of class action lawsuits for defrauding customers and giving unnecessary treatments. The staff are very kind and professional, until you speak with the staff manager who tries to charge you THOUSANDS of dollars for "preventative" services that are not covered by your insurance. The woman tried to guilt me into a whole host of services that neither the dentist nor dental hygienist mentioned during the checkup. When I asked what the treatments were, she got really vauge and defensive, saying that I'd be risking my long term health if I don't receive the treatments today or tomorrow. The service was very slow, the x-rays were thorough, but unfortunately I never got the cleaning that I had an appointment for. Aspen simply spent almost 2 hours trying to talk me into taking out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF LOANS on services they wouldn't explain to me and I may or may not need. Please save yourself the time and avoid this financial institution and find a proper dentist."
