"I don't usually like small inns or bed & breakfasts, but I really enjoyed staying here. We felt welcome and felt comfortable using the common rooms. The friendy staff was always available when we needed them but they never hovered over us, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our room was beautiful. It was large, sunny and had a private outdoor area. Our breakfast was delicious. It was so good I even asked for the recipe and the breakfast room was beautiful. They have a private parking lot in the back so we didnt have to worry about parking our car and the town is just steps away. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area."

"I can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind & went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was everything we needed & came out on time each morning. We decided to plan a last minute MA trip in the winter which, even though it was colder outside, we still had such a great time. Shops in Marblehead were open despite the off season & we went to some of the local restaurants recommended by staff. It was VERY quiet and romantic! Highly recommended this hotel. We will definitely be back one day!"

"If you’re a couple looking for a romantic weekend this is the place. We’ve stayed here a number of times and each time is better than the last. We only stayed in rooms with fireplaces and even in the summer it was cool enough for a fire. Taking a walk to local recommended restaurants is a sweet way to enjoy Marblehead. I’ll never stay anywhere else if we want a sweet weekend away."

"My wife and I are so glad that we booked this inn! Although we spent the majority of our time in next-door Salem, we loved how peaceful and historic Marblehead was. We cannot say enough good things about the inn itself. You get to stay in a gorgeous historic building, with the kindest and most helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was provided in the morning and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are in the area!"

"From the moment my husband and I entered Room 22, we were welcomed by soothing classical music and a delightful display of chocolates, accompanied by champagne flutes and a bucket of ice – a wonderful touch! The bed was both firm and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The Victorian-style inn exudes beauty and charm, and the bathroom in our room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a luxurious jacuzzi and a convenient stand-up shower. While the shower head could be improved for a more enjoyable experience, it didn't detract from our overall satisfaction. Breakfast was a highlight, prepared fresh and served with care. The common room offered a perfect setting for a game of chess while enjoying the melodic tunes of Frank Sinatra. The inn's bar and the outdoor pool added to the luxurious ambiance, making us eagerly anticipate our next stay. Looking forward to returning and reliving this delightful experience!"
