"I came here by mistake, and I could not be happier that I did! I came as a walk in because the other dentist I was supposed to go to didn't really communicate clearly. I have had dental issues that have been in need of repair, for more than 10 years. 1st visit here, as a walk in. I'd prefer to schedule, but I didn't really have a choice as the cavity that I had, was infected into my skull, and painful. As a walk in, I was able to get x-rays and schedule for a root canal and the other cavities that I had. Super nice lovely staff. I wanted to write a review, but seeing as I was going to return I wanted to know how my mouth was going to feel after I was done, at least with the root canal before writing this review. 2nd visit/1st scheduled visit. Dr. Zakkom started working on my teeth right away. Always mindful if I was in pain. I have MS, so my legs kept shaking. I was worried this would make things harder, but it didn't bother him. 2nd scheduled visit, I was a little bit late, 10 minutes, I hate being late because Dr. Zakkom is not just my dentist, and I am not his only patient... Because it's me, 1 of my roots was hiding. Dr. Zakkom, didn't give up, he did not stop until he extracted it successfully. Dr. Zakkom was very friendly and professional. Respect. They had to put in the order for the permanent crown. My least favorite part was the waiting, but he placed the temporary crown in beautifully that it didn't shift or fall off until he removed it. 3rd visit, Dr. Zakkom offered me two choices, If I was up for it to finish the root cannel and do the rest of my cavities that day, OR just the root canal and to do the other cavities on another day. Because I have difficulty moving in a wheel chair, I deeply appreciate that offer. Part of me can not get over not how friendly/cordial and professional the whole staff is. I want to return. If anyone needs to go to the dentist, I highly can not recommend this place enough. I walked in, in pain, left happy smiling and completely satisfied."

"Dr. Zak and all his staff are so caring and professional. I came in for a routine cleaning, and a few other issues I want addressed in the near future. Dr. Zak and the assistant did an excellent job, I felt no pain afterwards, and I did NOT have a single worry about coughing or drowning while they were doing their work. Also, the receptionists we're both so wholesome. 100/10 would for sure recommend to everyone I know in Swampscott."
