"Dr. Hammoud has been my dentist for about 4 years now. Not once has I doubted his talent and ability in dentistry. His practice is not like a mechanical shop, they do what needs to be done and nothing more. The nursing assistant Rima, whom I also worked with today, is also wonderful. She’s cheerful, friendly and actually quite funny. Can’t forget about the two receptionist Shannon and Nancy who, you guessed it, share the same excellency, both being beyond helpful and accommodating. Such an AWESOME dental office! I recommend this practice to anyone. I will never visit another dental office in my life. This one is more than enough. Thank you Dr. Hammoud."

"My issue isn’t with cleaning or the doctor. But them convincing me that they specialize in braces ever since they did my daughters braces there’s been nothing but problems. They never have availability so when things come up and you have to switch an appointment they scheduled another month out. They only have one specialist who can treat patients for braces and she is only in for every two weeks. And they sometimes schedule my daughter wrong. Last time they scheduled her for an emergency visit, but it was supposed to be for her brackets to be fixed, so they sent her away they didn’t have time for her(too long of an appointment). She has 5 missing and every time my daughter goes in there they try to make it seem like she’s not taking care of them, I believe there is a reason they need to be adjusted every 4 to 6 weeks so brackets don’t fall off. She has NOT been seen since April. It’s now august and I tried switching her to arch ortho and I’m told that quality dental needs to release her from insurance so arch can take over. I called quality dental today and was told that it can not be done because their ortho specialist has to sign off on the paper work and she took a month off of work so she won’t be back until September. So I feel like 5 months is too long since my daughter will be treated so I ask for them to do one last appointment. She scheduled me for September 30th still not knowing if that fits with the orthos schedule because it may be too long for them to put brackets on. So basically my daughter can’t receive tbe care that she needs because of their limited appointments. It’s very frustrating"
