"I’m not one to give reviews. Dr. Misdiagnosed a root canal. Sent me to another doctor who examined me and said I didn’t need a root canal. Two days prior his associate gave me 2 fillings. Woke up the next day black and blue and a swollen cheek. Went back and saw Dr Pham. His bedside manner was not one of compassion or comfort. I was nervous to begin with having dental anxiety. I would never recommend this dental practice based on the associates skills nor Dr Pham because I left his office in tears. It was a traumatic experience. His dental hygienist was great and that’s the only reason why I went to get fillings in the first place."

"Dr. Pham is extremely rough with my mouth and every time I go, whether it be for a cleaning or for a chipped tooth, he always ends up making me bleed in my mouth. Idk if that's not all but it hurts like hell. The only reason I go is because the location is convenient to where I live. The nurses are much more gentle and kind. I'd rather have them work on my mouth than Dr. Pham."
