"I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for over a week now. I paid 15 dollars and the past had no sauce, and was less than half their usual portions. Not worth buying from their location seems they don't know what they're doing over there ."

"Stood there for 10 minutes after I placed my order online - completely ignored by every employee. Walked up to the counter when the order tracker said my order was ready to try and get someone's attention. They looked around for a few minutes and then realized they hadn't even started it yet. They were not busy, I was just simply ignored. Absolutely terrible service."

"Never got my order. Called the location three times and told to wait a bit longer and it would show. Sent an email to service and got a response from a vlad, district manager, offering 2 free pizzas. I’m not local and I just want a refund but can’t seem to get any help there. No idea what the issue is here, my location was literally down the street from them"

"We like this Domino’s. We’ve been coming for about 4 years. Pizza is fast and almost always our order is correct. A few times our order was off or slower than expected, but they were so nice to “fix” the issue."

"Ordered a pizza and wings Super Bowl Sunday at 6:30pm—at the time, the estimated wait for carry out was 75-85 minutes. My order was not ready until nearly 10pm, more than 3 hours after I ordered. If you can’t keep up with the volume of orders, shut down ordering. It’s completely unacceptable to continue taking orders when you can’t fill current ones in any sort of timely fashion. No apology or discount provided by the staff when I went to pick it up. All around terrible experience."
