"I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Pavlicic and her staff. They are all so very kind and eased my anxiety. I can't express how much I love my new smile."
"This is the only dental establishment I will trust to handle all my dental care. Always attentive to the needs of the client. I highly recommend."
"The staff is very polite and high level professionalism. Every single specialist knows what to do and how, no causing any discomfort. Overall I love the dental office and without fears I’ll come back again and again when my teeth will need be treated with love!"
"I was referred to this practice by a colleague of mine and was excited to come into the office and get on top of my oral health. I was aware I needed dental work but was in search of a dentist that works with patients that have a fear or anxiety when it comes to dental work. Recently I have been in a lot of pain and reached out to the office to be seen. I wasn't able to get an appointment until the following week which was Monday 10/10/22. During my visit, the front desk staff and dental assistant that took my x-rays were very kind. When Dr. Palvicic entered the room, it was almost like she was disgusted with my. X-rays. She continued to make all types of comments, grunts, and facial expressions which left me feeling ashamed and embarrassed. After I explained to her the amount of pain I have been in, as well as unable to eat anything, she confirmed that I had an infection and would need a root canal. She told me she could give me a referral to an endodontist office and once that process is completed, I can return to the office for my deep cleaning and any other dental work needed. When I got to the front desk, I was given a medication for antibiotics only. I explained to Dr. Palvicic has been so bad ; cried and felt like my ears was bleeding and asked about any other prescription strength pain medication I could be prescribed as ; was taking over the counter Tylenol and taking more than the daily dose allowed. Still no pain medication was given. I then was told to contact the Endodontist office, tell them ; need a root canal, provided them with the office name and number, and the two offices would coordinate the transfer of x-rays and any additional information need to set me up for an appointment. On the following day 10/11/22 I was in so much pain again I called the emergency dental line and spoke to Dr. Palvicic directly to request a prescription sent to my pharmacy for the pain. I was told that any Tylenol with codeine prescription would need to be picked up at the office, and that i would need to wait until 10/12/22 to call the office when it opened to request a prescription for ibuprofen. She asked was j able to speak to the endodontist office and schedule and appointment. I explained that per the scheduling office, I did not have enough information to schedule an appointment and they would call me back after reaching out to the dentist, to which Dr. Palvicic replied " you should have called us, and we could have called them for you". I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of bedside manner, self-control and overall disregard of the pain I have explained i am in on numerous occasions. I was given no treatment plan, and improper referral, and no care or understanding to my individual situation. Unconscious bias is a very real thing, and this is the first time EVER in my life that I feel as if ; have truly experienced it. I wouldn't refer anyone to this office based on my personal experience and do not plan on returning myself. As someone who works in healthcare, one of the first things we are taught is compassion for patients. You never know what someone is dealing with in their lives or at the moment and you never want to be the one to add on to it. ¡ received zero compassion from Dr. Palvicic and I do not want to be a patient of office that leaves me feeling worse after the appointment. After leaving my review on the feedback page Dr. Pavlicic did reach out to apologize for the visit, but the. Also proceeded to send me an email not only apologizing again, but placing blame on the staff, stating they have been short staffed or had to hire new staff. The phone call apology didn't not change my feeling or experience about my visit but it was appreciated that she made the effort to reach out and apologize. But then to follow up by placing blame on your staff??!? That's a different type of low for me."
"Staff are incredibly kind and professional. They, Dr. P and the nurses, explain everything thoroughly and are never short on patience with more questions. Their tenderness of service make it a pleasurable experience, even for those, like me, with significant anxiety around doctors/dental visits. The front desk staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and personable and makes transitions and scheduling smooth and simple to navigate. Grateful for such a wonderful team."
