"Too much smoke for me. There are dirty ashtrays everywhere and ashes on the machines. I didn't stay long because the cigarette smoke was affecting me"

"This review is based on our most recent visit to the casino. My biggest issue with this place is that it is next to impossible to get a beverage. The drink girl flies by you like speedy Gonzales, saying "beverage?" In the half of a second it takes for you to look up, she's gone. I've spent quite a bit of time searching the casino floor trying to find the drink girl. There are no vending machines to purchase a drink. No water fountains. No bottled waters available (like other casinos have).. I had to scoop water from the bathroom sink with my hand. Considering the money we spend there, a drink of water is not an unreasonable expectation. So if you do go there, bring your own beverages. A weak alcoholic beverage is 20$, so I'd drink b4 you get there."

"I cannot rate the rooms because they have not opened them. But I like the casino, I find it to be very clean. I love the Casino Grille except it has gotten a little too pricey for me. But overall I have a good experience."

"I was kicked out tonight because I was told by Joe the supervisor on duty told me my dog wasn’t a service dog when she is. He asked me for proof and reasons why I need her and I was humiliated as lots of people were watching. I have been there multiple times before with her without an issue but tonight was different. He said it was because she barked at a lady who was approaching us from behind and tried to pet her. I was at the players card terminal and didn’t see her behind me. I told Joe and the cop that’s part of her job to alert me. I ask if I can put her in the car and come back and they said no and told me I was band for 24hours bc it’s a private institution and they can tell me to leave. This place is not friendly to veterans with disability and I feel humiliated and disrespected. They had no right to even ask me what my disabilities were and then kick me out because I didn’t show proof."

"Fairly easy to get to. It has significantly gone downhill. So many of the slots are either not working or the buttons are not working. The money machines are out of order all the time. The ATMs are constantly out of order. They took people out of the highest tier and put them down a tier. They don't put you back up. They have a very tiny room for non-smokers with limited slot machines. In this day and age with smoking being so bad for everyone they should put the smokers in the small room. Can't sit out in the great room without having smoke in my face no matter where I go. I can't understand why someone could go long periods without smoking when there was no smoking in the casino because of covid but now all of a sudden they can't. In the interest of health the whole casino should be smoke-free. The music blasts so loud you cannot hear the announcements. Shame on them for not making this casino cleaner, healthier, and more pleasant for their patrons."
